Our Resiliteen™ Reflect and Act Cards are designed to build resilience so you can handle whatever challenges life throws at you. Regular use can bring more mindfulness, joy, and calm to your life. Each of the 50 double sided cards has a Reflect and an Act side.
The Reflect Cards can be used as journal prompts, conversation starters, or to inspire new thoughts and ideas. You can write or draw in a journal, video yourself, or make voice recordings. The Act Cards give you small, simple activities that will improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.
Select one or more cards each day, and repeat your favorites as often as you like. Feel free to use them alone or with others. Each person is unique so we encourage you to experiment to find out what works best for you.
Our cards are the same size as a deck of playing cards (3.5″ x 2.5″) for portability and durability.
