Sarah Davidson // Founder and CEO
I spent years struggling with stress, insomnia, and chronic pain. I was desperate and unable to enjoy my life and family, and I spent tons of money and time trying just about anything that might help. It was only through a long process of trial and error that I realized that I have the power to change my brain and how my body and mind feel. Through that journey I found a level of energy and happiness I thought I would never feel again.
That's how Resility Health came to be. Too many people are living with the misery of chronic stress just because they don't have the tools and skills they need. At Resility we want to help you unlock your inner power of resilience to improve your physical and mental health.
