No matter how well informed your family is, it’s normal to feel fear and anxiety about everything going on with the Coronavirus. Cancellations, school closures and arising fear about the virus have young and old feeling anxious.
In an effort to help families deal with this crisis, Resility Health is offering a new series of guided meditations and lessons to reduce stress and build resilience that we are preparing to release to help people manage stress and anxiety about the virus. We know that the coronavirus threat is creating a great deal of stress and anxiety, and it’s important that we manage our body’s response.
Our body’s stress response can weaken our immune systems, and at times like this, we need to do everything we can to keep our immune systems strong.
