Our Resiliteen™ Reflect and Act Cards were created to help you build resilience to become more capable of handling the many challenges life throws at you. By using the cards on a regular basis, you can bring more mindfulness, joy, and calm to your life.
Each of the 50 double-sided cards has a Reflect and an Act side.
On the Reflect side of the card, you will find statements or questions that can be used as journal prompts, conversation starters, or to inspire new thoughts and ideas. You can write or draw in a journal, video yourself, or make voice recordings.
The Act side offers small, simple activities to improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.
