Each of our 26 cards offers an affirmation that promotes a positive mindset along with a simple yoga pose. Pick a card each day, or follow the enclosed instructions for some fun and relaxing games. A simple tactic for teens after a stressful day.

Aromatherapy eye pillow

Use our lavender-infused eye pillow while completing lessons. This will help teens connect the techniques they are learning with the relaxing scent. It can also be used to deepen relaxation and help them fall asleep more quickly. It can even be warmed in the microwave or cooled in the freezer.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and then a Master of Science in Clinical and Forensic Psychology from Drexel University, Kristen Fescoe began a career as a therapist at two prisons in Philadelphia.

She is a Professor of Psychology at Rowan College, where she has taught for almost 15 years. Her work in mindfulness, relaxation and anxiety disorders paved the way for her position as Clinical Manager at Resility Health.
