Our new Resiliteen Reflect and Act cards are a great way for teens to spend a few minutes each day building resilience, managing stress and learning the important of self-care. Even most adult don’t spend enough time dealing with their stress. Imagine a world if all teens learned this important skill while they were young.
Our cards take just a few minutes a day and can make a big difference. We wanted to share some of our cards with you so you can begin to see how something so small can be very powerful.
Here you would take some time to either write in a journal, think about the questions or even discuss with someone you care about. By focusing on something that went well and how you got there, you can start to see the building blocks for your successes.
Then the Act card will provide something actionable that you can simply do to improve the way you feel physically and emotionally.
It’s that simple. Just a few minutes each day can make a big impact in your resilience and stress level.
