I was desperate and unable to enjoy my life and family, and I spent tons of money and time trying just about anything that might help. It was only through a long process of trial and error that I realized that I have the power to change my brain and how my body and mind feel. Through that journey I found a level of energy and happiness I thought I would never feel again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this eligible for reimbursement from my Health Savings Account (HSA)?
Resility's Muscle Activity Monitor is a medical monitor which is usually eligible for reimbursement with a health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Please check with your plan provider to be sure, as some plans may require a letter of medical necessity. Our Muscle Activity Monitor is an electromyography (EMG) biofeedback device.
Can I access the program using a desktop or laptop computer?
At this time, our program exercises are only available on our iOS and Android mobile apps, so a compatible smartphone or tablet are required to access the program content.
How does biofeedback work?
Biofeedback is a technique that can be used to change some of your physiological responses, such as heart rate or respiration rate, to improve a health condition or physical performance. Resility's biofeedback sensor helps you learn to relax your muscles, which many people tighten without even realizing it. People who experience back or neck pain related to muscle tension find this particularly helpful.
What type of biofeedback does your sensor provide?
Resility's Muscle Activity Monitor provides surface elecromyography (EMG) biofeedback, which measures the activity of the muscle where it is worn. In our program we recommend using it on your upper trapezius muscle (neck/shoulder area) while doing our exercises, but it can also be used on other muscles such as the back and jaw.
